This house is absolutely amazing! First off, the owners were incredibly responsive and easy to work with. The house itself is adorable, with modern finishes that really add to its charm. When we arrived, Michelle, the caretaker, greeted us warmly. She had already turned on the hot tub to warm up and made sure all the leaves were cleared away. Michelle also stocked the house with everything we could possibly need upon arrival.

The cherry on top of our arrival was the thoughtful touch of champagne, strawberries, and chocolate! It made us feel so welcomed. The beds were very comfortable, though the bedroom layout was a bit unconventional with one room leading to the others. However, we assigned those rooms to the kids and heavy sleepers, and they didn't mind at all.

Overall, we absolutely loved our time at this house and are already looking forward to coming back.credit is due!

Great communication by hosts, check-in was a breeze. We arrived very late (3am), host turned on all lights and made us feel safe and welcome. House was impeccable, beds were super clean, not one bug in sight. The thoughtfulness of the host was apparent in every room of the house, from shampoo/conditioner bottles in every bathroom, towels in every room, every coffee machine in the market...which was awesome because my wife likes Keurig and I enjoy Nespresso and both were available! point being, all these details really made our stay perfect. Wifi, Netflix, everything worked flawlessly. We were busy in Tampa, from the aquarium to the zoo to Busch Gardens. everything was comfortably close. Clearwater Beach is a bit of a drive but it was nice leaving the craziness of Spring Break and relaxing in a quiet neighborhood backing a relaxing golf course. views are perfect. Would recommend to anyone looking for that quiet home away from home, but withing distance to everything Tampa.

Great house with plenty y of space for our group. The location was outstanding as our backyard backed up to the golf course and we were within walking distance of great amenities (pool, restaurants, golf, etc.).
